Amy Robach and TJ Holmes are leaving ABC and “GMA3” after the co-hosts’ scandalous affair, Page 6 can confirm.

A source with knowledge of this week’s talks tells Us that Robach and Holmes “aren’t done mediating — but yes, that would be the conclusion” as long as they leave the network.

Essentially, we’re told the reporters haven’t signed on the dotted line yet, but an exit deal is in the works and will be done soon.

Sources close to ABC told TMZ on Friday that the station and its anchors have decided to cut ties after a “very contentious” mediation.

Robach, 49, and Holmes, 45, will reportedly be paid contract fees.

However, another insider told Page 6 about the deal, “If ABC doesn’t reach a satisfactory initial agreement with Amy and TJ, both will consider filing a lawsuit against the network.”

We also hear that Holmes and Robach have been holding mediation talks from LA, as they both embark on a quick vacation in Turks and Caicos.

A source told TMZ that the pair were accused of “various misconduct” during the discussions, which the insider dubbed a “witch hunt.”

Among the charges brought against them is the discovery of alcohol in Robach’s dressing room.

However, an insider dismissed the allegations as “ridiculous” given that ABC executives were gifted bottles of liquor.

Robach was accused of showing up to work “drunk” after attending last year’s college football national championship, which an insider said was “crazy.”

Additionally, Robach’s on-the-job romance with Holmes reportedly made some employees “uncomfortable” on their show.

A representative for ABC did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

A workplace review lasted more than a month before ABC finally decided to cut ties with the two.

Robach and Holmes, who have worked together on “GMA3” since 2020, were suspended shortly after their off-screen relationship made headlines in November 2022.

Throughout the investigation, the pair didn’t shy away from packing on the PDA – and were spotted looking like teenagers during a Miami getaway over the holidays.

A source told Page Six earlier this month that the couple could be evicted.

“They haven’t broken up yet, but I don’t expect TJ to rekindle it,” an insider told us. “They want Amy to stay there and be a part of things, but maybe not on ‘GMA3’.”

We’re also told the couple “hired lawyers” when they negotiated the divorce.

But weeks ago, a source told Page 6 that Holmes was “confident” he would be cleared once ABC’s review was completed.

“Of course he’s taking it. [the investigation] But seriously, he’s sure he’s done nothing wrong and he could lose his job,” the insider said at the time.

Other sources told us that part of the reason the review took so long was because ABC wanted to be “extremely cautious” after Holmes’ other workplace issues began to come to light after hearing about his relationship with Robach.

In December, Page 6 reported that Robach was not Holmes’ first office lover.

We hear he had a three-year relationship with producer Natasha Singh while he was married to fellow “Good Morning America” staffer Marilee Fiebig.

Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig, 45, on December 28 after almost 13 years of marriage. They share a 9-year-old daughter, Sabine.

An insider previously told Us that Fiebig, an immigration attorney, was “blindsided” by her husband’s affair with an on-air colleague.

Holmes and Robach reportedly began dating in March 2022 while training together for the New York City Half Marathon.

Fiebig broke her silence on the scandal in a January 4 statement.

Her divorce lawyer, Stephanie Lehmann, told the Daily Mail: “Marilee’s only focus is on the best interests of her 9-year-old daughter, given the holiday season and difficult times.”

“She emphasized that she was working with Holmes’ advice to make the move,” Lehmann said. [Fiebig and Holmes’] Divorce privately, quickly and as amicably as possible.

Robach, meanwhile, is married to “Melrose Place” alum Andrew Shue — but we reported in December that they were set to finalize their divorce.

She was previously married to former MLB player Tim McIntosh from 1996 to 2008. They share two daughters: Ava, born in 2002, and Annalise, born in 2006.

Days after Robach’s affair with Holmes went public, Shue, 55, deleted all photos of his wife from his Instagram account. She has since moved out of their West Village apartment to a new location downtown.
