Drake and producer Vinylz seemingly threw shade at Taylor Swift on Monday after the songstress scored the top slot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the third week in a row.
The Canadian rapper, 36, took to Instagram Stories to celebrate the success of his latest album, “Her Loss,” which held every spot between No. 2 and No. 9.
“@21savage congrats my brother,” he captioned the screenshot.
However, in doing so, he covered Swift’s name, as well as her song “Anti-Hero,” at the top of the chart with a series of emojis that included a tub of popcorn, a headache and a magic eight ball.
He also failed to cover Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ names in the process, who hold the No. 10 position with their song “Unholy.”
Vinylz, who produced Drake and 21 Savage’s song “Rich Flex,” also seemed to have some bad blood with the “Shake It Off” singer.
While celebrating the rap song beating out Swift’s track on other charts, the producer posted a screenshot to his own Instagram, writing, “The world knows what the real #1 song is… #RichFlex…No tricks on this side.”
Their decision to bash Swift, 32, caught her fanbase by surprise and the “Jimmy Cooks” rapper was immediately called out on social media.
“Taylor Swift put her kitten heel on Drake’s neck for Megan Thee Stallion and you can’t tell me differently,” one person tweeted, bringing up Drake’s controversial comments about Megan The Stallion.
“Drake messing with the one person who has NEVER lost a fight is sending me like Taylor is not the one she will get you in silence,” another user joked.
“Taylor Swift and Drake have released the same amount of studio albums this decade, but only one of them is accused of ‘mass-releasing,’” a third pointed out, while someone else replied, “Taylor was so right… A man does something, it’s strategic. A woman does the same thing, it’s calculated.”
Swift made history over the past couple weeks ever since releasing “Midnights” on Oct. 21.
Just a week after the album came out Swift became the first-ever artist to occupy the entire Billboard Hot 100’s top 10 simultaneously in its 64-year history.
“10 out of 10 of the Hot 100??? On my 10th album??? I AM IN SHAMBLES,” Swift reacted to the news at the time.
The “Folklore” singer, who has already won four awards at the EMAs for the album, has not responded to Drake’s apparent diss but did celebrate her three Grammy nominations on Tuesday.
She also shut down Ticketmaster as the tickets for her upcoming tour, “The Eras Tour,” went on sale on Tuesday.
