Anushka Sharma was at the stadium on Monday to cheer on husband Virat Kohli as his IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore took on MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings. Several pictures of Anushka watching the match and reacting at crucial moments have now surfaced online. The match was played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and after a thrilling match, CSK defeated RCB. Anushka was seen sitting in the stands with RCB fans. She was also seen booed by the crowd in support of MS Dhoni when he came to bat for CSK. In a video shared on social media, Dhoni is seen pointing at the guard and saying, “Love it.” She was seen clapping in one of the photos.



Chasing a mammoth target of 227, RCB suffered an early blow as they lost the wickets of Virat Kohli and Mahpal Lomror. This weekend, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Delhi Capitals at the 23 Stadium. After the match, Anushka shared a glimpse of how she and Virat celebrated their half-century. She took to Instagram to share a photo of them both looking relaxed and happy. “After the game, Sesh drinks sparkling water….We party hard,” read the caption.

Anushkam will be seen as a cricketer in her next. She has already completed the shooting for Chakda Express, in which she essays the role of famous Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The final release date of the film is still awaited. It airs on Netflix. It is produced by her brother Karnesh Sharma under his home production company Clean Slate Filmz.



Recently, in a new interview, she said that she does films only if it is really worth it. In an interview to Grazia magazine on the wraps of Chakda Express, she said, “I’m not okay with doing more films but only if my time is useful and meaningful. I don’t want to do films just to stay. I’m very clear about that in the game.”
