Move over, “Wednesday”: Netflix’s latest hit is Zillow’s list.

The highly anticipated “The Glass Onion: Knife Out Mystery” is set to debut on the streaming service. A marketing team has listed the Greek island estate that bears the film’s name in a popular real estate spot.

The fictional 17-bedroom, 22-bathroom, 29,000-square-foot “Extravagant Island Commune” has a $450 million listing on Zillow, which might be about the amount of money Netflix spent securing the rights for a second. And the third film in the franchise features Detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig).

The 26-acre property owned by eccentric tech billionaire Miles Braun, played by Edward Norton in the film, has a single “rooftop parking lot.”

The novel 26-acre listing boasts 17 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and a “rooftop parking lot.”

“Elegant architecture and sophisticated design, with an equal eye to nature and indulgence, contribute to an unparalleled luxury living experience accessible only by boat and crowned by the Glass Onion atrium,” the listing reads.

He continued: “Large sculptures adorn the grounds, and the owners have carefully collected and commissioned high-quality works by Banksy and Francis Bacon, making this a truly priceless purchase.”

In addition to having seven private studio villas, “each inspired by a different chakra,” the film property also comes with a robot bodyguard.

Of course, even if you have millions to spare, there is no “glass onion” estate. A “learn more” link on Netflix’s website brings visitors to the “Glass Onion” page.

The sequel to “Knives Out” was shot mostly at the Amanzo Hotel in Porto Heli, Greece, while the interiors were shot on a soundstage in Belgrade, Serbia.

But viewers can bring the villa into their living rooms: “The Glass Onion” hits Netflix on December 23.
