“(Kilby Court Block Party 4) will include several festival upgrades and will mark the largest multiday indie music festival ever in Salt Lake City,” S&S Presents wrote in a news release released Tuesday.

The Kilby Court Block Party kicks off 2019 with Death Cab for Cutie to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the beloved little music venue in Salt Lake City’s Granary District. Since then, it has grown rapidly.

S&S Presents announced last month that the two-day festival, which took place across the street between the Salt Lake City-County Building and the Salt Lake City Library, will expand and move the popular event. The event, which drew thousands to downtown Salt Lake City, featured singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridges along with other notable artists, including Steve Lacey, who was recently nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year.

Organizers decided to add an extra day to the block party and move it to the Utah State Fairpark.

Attendees at the 2023 concert will cost a little more to attend. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, with three-day general admission and VIP passes priced at $209 and $400, respectively, plus fees. Two-day general admission tickets for the 2022 Block Party were $99 each plus fees.
