Priscilla Presley defends the “accuracy and validity” of Lisa Marie Presley’s will.

The businesswoman filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, challenging the “2016 amendment” to the will, which excluded her as executor.

According to documents obtained by Page 6, Priscilla, 77, is asking a judge to determine the validity of an amendment naming Lisa Marie’s eldest daughter, Riley Keough, and her late son, Benjamin Keough, as successor co-trustees.

The amendment removed Barry Siegel, Lisa Marie’s former business manager, from the trust with Priscilla, making Riley the sole trustee after her brother committed suicide in 2020.

In court filings, Priscilla said she and Siegel were named trustees when Lisa Marie executed a revocable living trust on January 29, 1993, which Ashela restated in full on January 27, 2010.

However, when her daughter died on January 12 after suffering cardiac arrest, she says she received an update, which was March 11, 2016.

Priscilla argued that even Lisa Marie’s name was misspelled, saying her daughter’s signature on the documents “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature” on the 2016 document.

She said the deed was not notarized and was not delivered to her while Lisa Marie was alive, as stated in the 2010 deed of trust arrangement.

Priscilla Siegel, ex-wife of the late Elvis Presley, said she believed she had “already resigned or will soon resign” as co-trustee of the trust.

“Accordingly, in such a case, Riley would be a co-trustee. [Priscilla] The document was read in terms of faith and belief.

“Notwithstanding the foregoing, since Riley is over 30 years of age, she may serve as a co-facilitator of her faith when she submits a written instrument that she is willing to serve in this capacity.”

Lisa Marie’s financial troubles have been well-documented over the years, most notably her 2018 lawsuit against Siegel, which she accused of neglect and misappropriation of her large inheritance from Elvis.

Priscilla’s latest filing comes less than a week after Lisa Marie’s star-studded memorial service at Graceland.
