Now, NJ Governor Phil Murphy may have brought peace to the Valley. In honor of Taylor Swift’s performances at MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands, Murphy’s has declared the “Taylor Swift Ham, Egg and Cheese” as the official state sandwich.

“In New Jersey, we’re famous for a great battle between Taylor Ham and Pork Roll,” Murphy said. He said in a video message. On Twitter.

“Usually we’ll let you call it what you want, but since we have a superstar coming to town, we know ‘refuse’ to celebrate,” Murphy tweeted.

Swift has yet to respond to news of her new sandwich status. She didn’t even write a song about him.
