Lisa Rinna says her late mother encouraged her to leave “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” after eight seasons.WireImage

Lisa Rinna credits her late mother for her decision to walk away from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The 59-year-old “Days of Our Lives” star’s mother, Lois, died of a stroke in 2021 at age 93 — coming to her in a dream and asking her to quit the Bravo series.

“She came to me,” Rina told ES magazine.

“It’s wild because half the world believes it, half the world says, ‘It’s so weird.’ I was sleeping and I heard her say, ‘It’s time to go.’

“I told the psychic and she said, ‘Yes, she came to me and told me that. She wants you to be happy and follow your dreams, but she says it’s time to go.’ I’ve never told anyone except a psychic. I am definitely guided by my mother.”

Rina said, “Who wants to quit their job?” Because she admits that this decision is not easy. But she feels it’s time because she’s getting more concerned with fans’ reactions.

“I think the world itself has changed so much that the response doesn’t match what we do,” the “Dancing With The Stars” alum explained.

“I didn’t want to live like this. I don’t think this is healthy. The way the fan base reacts to the show now is not the way it was when I first started.

In fact, Rina revealed that the fan interaction turned violent.

“I mean, we were getting death threats,” she yelled. “Some of the most horrible things I’ve ever seen in print, and it’s a reality show! It’s a stupid show! “Time to go,” I thought. To be honest with you, I’m not sure how long this can last in oil.

Rinna, who has been a part of “RHOBH” for the past eight seasons, announced her exit from the reality series earlier this year.

“This is my longest career in 35 years and I’m grateful to everyone at Bravo and everyone involved in the series,” she said in a statement.

“It’s been an exciting eight year run and I’m excited for what’s to come!”

Rina, who joined the show in season 5 in 2014, has had a controversial final year. More infamously, the 64-year-old accused her partner Kathy Hilton of having a “psychotic break” in Aspen, Colo., and her community made negative comments about her half-sister Kyle Richards.

Hilton vehemently denied Rinna’s claims and fired back at her at a “Beverly Hills” reunion last year, saying, “You’re the biggest bully in Hollywood, and everybody knows it.”

She seems to have embraced the bully label and even enjoyed getting yelled at at BravoCon 2022 last October.

And despite her wealth of experience, Rinna exclusively told Page Six that she and her family — husband, Harry Hamlin, and daughters, Delilah, 24, and Amelia, 21 — have no plans to star in their own reality series.
