The revival of “American Idol” continues for a sixth season on ABC and a 21st overall. The Season 21 Top 26 are among the chosen Hollywood Week Survivors. Each of these contestants had to sing in the Showstopper round to convince the three judges that they deserved a spot in the “American Idol” Top 26.
In turn, these finalists each performed for The Voice of America at Aulani, a Disney resort and spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii. Grammy nominee Noah Cyrus and soul singer Alan Stone served as mentors. The Top 20 will return to Hollywood and continue performing for The Voice of America until crowned champions. During this period there were additional counselors. Clay Aiken, David Archuleta, Justin Guarini, Philip Phillips, Jordin Sparks And Kathy Turner.
