On January 25, the 33-year-old gave birth to her daughter Pixie, stillborn.

The baby was Guidolin’s first child with her doctor husband Andrew Firgaira. She has four other children from her previous marriage.

Five days after announcing the news, the influencer shared an emotional update.

“I know there is no right or wrong, there is no good or bad emotions. There is no competition in grief,” she began.

“All I do know is it’s confusing, it’s hard to process, it’s isolating, it’s numbing and it’s everything in between.

“Someone asked me what I did yesterday: I brushed my teeth, I walked to the toilet in the other room.

“Every day a win will look like something else.”

She explained how people have been “telling me how to process or how to grieve, which feels like I am further being closed in on in a world that already feels really overwhelming”.

Guidolin referred to herself as “shattered” and “numb”.

“Social media has been (such) a huge part of my life for the last 12 to 13 years that, in all of this, no matter how hard it feels, or how weird to some it may be … I feel (that) like not posting is more inauthentic in this whole process for me,” the fitness guru said.

“I have been simply taking every minute as it comes and I guess – basically surviving”.

On Friday, Guidolin wrote that “some souls are already born as angels, Pixie you my baby girl will always be that reminder”.

“I know my life will never be the same.

“Thank you to those who have flown in, rallied around me, made funeral decisions beyond my ability right now, showered me and clothed me, held my hand as I sobbed, were there when I woke up in recovery, I will forever be thankful.”

Guidolin began an earlier post with a trigger warning to other expectant mothers before saying she could “not begin to articulate my pain, grief and despair through my entire soul”.

“On Wednesday, Jan 25th, a day I will never forget, my life was changed forever,” she told her followers.

“I gave birth to a beautiful little girl, Pixie, via C-section, stillborn.

“I am trying to trust in god’s timing and I have always believed that the universe has my back and no matter how confusing this all feels, I am trying to make sense of this grief with my faith.

“I feel so guilty for my thoughts prior, and I would do anything to have that pain, over this harrowing experience.”

The mother said she doesn’t “even have the words on how to write or how to comprehend this”.

She thanked her doctor and hospital maternity team before expressing gratitude to family and friends for “dropping everything … in the hardest time of my life”.

“Maybe some souls were always meant to be angels,” she said, before ending the post with, “Pixie, I love you”.

Her followers have expressed their sadness at Guidolin’s loss.

“No words Soph,” one person wrote.

“Sending you all the love in the world.”

“Sending you so much love and prayers Sophie, my heart is breaking for you,” wrote another.
