It is clear from her fit figure that Camila, who often goes by Cami, hits the gym. She regularly shares photos and videos from her workout. She does a lot of circuit training, using bodyweight, free weights, and kettlebells to keep her body in amazing shape. 


Camila also takes walks. While it might not seem like much, going for a daily walk, especially a brisk one, can be a game changer.
