5 habits to lower body fat percentage

According to Tomic, these ideas don’t give you results and are hard to stick with, forcing you to go back to zero after a few months. These 5 Unwanted Habits Are Great For Lowering Your Body Fat Percentage.

1. Walking

Walking can be considered the best way to lose body fat. Any capable body can do it and it can be done anywhere. No special equipment is required and you can start immediately.

The golden number is to walk 10,000 to 12,000 steps every day. Do this and you will see the most important positive effect. The problem is consistency, but try and see the results.

2. Eat the same food often

Most people who have frozen and pushed their physical limits have done this. “There’s nothing wrong with repeating this as long as you have some variety in a week and your diet is very high quality to avoid micronutrient deficiencies.”

If you have never done any meal prep, start with something very simple and make enough protein to last you 2-3 days and give it a try.

3. Save calories for “window hunger”.

Imagine your goal is to eat 2,000 calories a day. If you’re hungry in the evening, make sure you allocate extra calories for the next part of the day.

Mario Tomic eats 25% of his calories in his first meal, 25% in his second meal, and 50% in his last meal. Because he is often hungry at the end of the day, which helps him sleep, and also when he is often eating with other people, so he needs less restraint.

4. Eat, not snack.

Tomic says one thing most people do that keeps them from losing weight is reactive snacking — grabbing snacks and eating them based on random triggers or urges. This may make you not feel hungry, but you will not starve.

If you’re watching your calories, you know how quickly those little snacks can add up at the end of the day.

You can avoid snacking altogether, or you can be more proactive and allocate 10% of your daily caloric intake so that you don’t go over your calorie maintenance alone.

5. Cut out alcohol

Tomic says cutting alcohol from his life has improved every aspect of his life, especially his discipline and ability to be consistent with his diet.
