Caldwell County’s newest Snap Education agent will offer a series of classes to local seniors starting next week for the local Extension office.
Robin Jackson told the NewsAge that classes will begin Tuesday, June 6 at the Caldwell County Senior Center.
She says there will be a lot to learn in the nutrition course.

The Caldwell Senior Citizen Center is located on Eagle Street in Princeton and is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The center offers several fellowship opportunities each month, such as craft day and bingo, while a hot lunch is served Monday through Friday at 11:30 AM.
Seniors are invited to join for lunch but must call (270) 365-7446 daily.
