The 2023 MLB Draft begins Sunday with the first 70 picks over two rounds of picks and compensation picks.

Vanderbilt and Tennessee baseball each have a player who could be selected in the first round. Vandy outfielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. was teased from the top 10 to the end of the round, while Tennessee pitcher Chase Dolander has similar expectations.

Nolensville High School pitcher and Vanderbilt commit Ethan McKelvan is expected to be selected sometime on Sunday or Monday. The left-hander is ranked No. 106 in the MLB.com draft rankings.
