The Bucks are interesting because they recently came close to getting Crowder in a three-team deal Business With Houston as the third participant. Just because this deal is on hold doesn’t mean this deal or something similar can’t be done before the trade deadline in February. Milwaukee is one of the favorites to win this year’s championship, and adding Crowder could propel the Boston Celtics to Eastern Conference supremacy.
Adding Crowder to the Bucks’ secondary would be more of a move for the postseason, but getting him into the team as soon as possible will only benefit the team’s chemistry. Some still believe that if Khris Middleton (pictured) had been healthy for the Celtics last season, the Bucks would have passed them and eventually won the NBA Finals against Golden State.
If Milwaukee finds a way to bring in Crowder, they’ll have another guy who can break down big balls in the clutch, play hard on defense, and always give a high effort. Other than that, he can contribute 10-12 points a game, and no opponent will deny him. It’s like adding another Bobby Portis to the roster. Terrible.
