Oliver Wahlstrom Signed a one-year deal with the New York Islanders on Monday. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 23-year-old forward was a restricted free agent. He had 16 points (seven goals, nine assists) in 35 games for the Islanders last season.
Selected in the first round (No. 11) of the 2018 NHL Draft by New York, Wahlstrom had 61 points (32 goals, 29 assists) and three points (one goal, two assists) in five Stanley Cup playoff games in 161 regular season games.
