Children often surprise people with them exemplary skills and passions. Now, a kid has left people stunned with his rendition of the Bollywood song Main Wapas Aaunga from the 1997 film Border. Now netizens are also impressed with his musical skills as the school boy’s video is doing rounds on the internet.

A video shared by Indian Administrative Service officer Dr Sumita Misra shows a boy in school uniform holding a microphone and singing the song. She sings the song flawlessly and people can be seen listening to her with rapt attention.

“Talent is everywhere. It is wonderful: Such a young age and such amazing talent.” Dr. Misra captioned the clip in Hindi. The video has garnered more than 18,000 views on Twitter since it was shared on Saturday.

Netizens loved the boy’s performance. One user commented, “Wow wonderful.” Another user wrote: “Tears came to my eyes listening to the song. Amazing talent!” A third user commented, “Awesome talent.”

The old clip has been attributed to the boy, Pritam Acharya. Reports say that the Nepalese boy has won hearts with his performances on the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2019. Sharing a photo of him with the show trophy, Acharya wrote in 2019: “Thanks to everyone for supporting me. I secured second place in lil champs saregamapa. I want to thank my parents and all the fans around the world for their support. This is just getting started. ##nepal #saregamapa #music # Indianidol”.

The 1999 song was sung by Sonu Nigam and Rupkumar Rathod. The song evokes a strong sense of patriotism in the listeners.
