2 restaurants, entertainment venue to join $1 billion Greenville County Square, officials say

Officials released stunning photos Tuesday of what three new entertainment venues coming to the $1 billion redevelopment of Greenville County Square will look like.RocaPoint Partners announces Pins Mechanical, Fairway Social, and Agave Bandido have signed on to join the 40-acre mixed-use community underway in downtown Greenville. The entertainment and restaurant venues will join Whole Foods Market and The Perch Kitchen and Tap, officials said in a release.The development currently houses Greenville County’s newly opened 250,000-square-foot administrative building, designed by Foster and Partners. (Below video was published in June.)Earlier this year, RocaPoint Partners announced Whole Foods Market as the grocer anchor and The Perch Kitchen & Tap as the first F&B tenant. (See video above.) Pins Mechanical is expanding its presence into South Carolina with the launch of this Greenville location, with additional locations in Georgia, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee and Pennsylvania. Fairway Social will occupy 9,100 square feet at Greenville County Square with a full-service restaurant and bar, world-class golf simulators, putting course, arcade games and more. Built for all ages and skill levels, the thoughtfully designed destination focuses on fun and shared experiences. Other locations of Fairway Social include Alpharetta and Fayetteville, Georgia, with Greenville being its first in South Carolina.Agave Bandido will open as a 7,000-square-foot Mexican kitchen with authentic creations and handmade cocktails. The lively location will be heavily eventized with ladies’ nights and more. It’s “a contemporary spin on Mexican cuisine served in an ultra-sleek and trendy setting,” officials said. With a successful Florida location and one forthcoming in Atlanta, the Greenville location will mark Agave Bandido’s entrance into South Carolina.”Once complete, Greenville County Square will be a dynamic mixed-use community providing a vibrant environment for the community to shop, dine, work, live and explore,” officials said.
