Taylor Decker You’re screaming at FedEx after you’ve lost an important package.

On Twitter Friday morning, the Detroit Lions offensive tackle blamed the shipping company for “losing my newborn’s 24-hour supply of a month’s worth of milk” while his family was on vacation.

When Decker, who welcomed daughter Daisy Fay with his wife Kyndra in October, contacted customer service, FedEx responded, “There’s nothing they can do and they won’t refund me.”

“We understand how important this shipment was to Mr. Decker and we sincerely apologize. We have been in direct contact with him and are working to resolve the issue,” FedEx said in a statement to People.

FedEx’s customer service account responded to the initial tweet, requesting more information, which Decker said was only for “public awareness.”

In subsequent tweets, Decker, 29, said he drove “across Phoenix to four different locations” in search of the package before taking his complaint to social media.

Kyndra shared her frustration on Instagram.

“Good day I’m not handing over my 25 pound box of 180 oz breast milk to anyone but @fedex,” she wrote on her first Instagram story, which featured three boxes that read “milk stays frozen” and “for.” Moms on a Mission” on them.

In the latest update Kyndra shared, she revealed that the package was finally found after it was accidentally shipped to the country.

“My breast milk priority was rushed to Pennsylvania. A place I have never been and will never be. Thank you @fedex for the right thing,” she wrote.
