Diablo 4 patch 1.1 is almost upon us, with the promise of a major update before Season 1 begins, and many fans want to know when it will be released.

Coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC at the same time, the patch is set to update the base game in preparation for Season 1.

Below, we’ve listed exactly when you can expect Diablo 4 patch 1.1 to drop, as well as the patch notes.

  • 10 a.m. PDT
  • 1 PM EDT

You can expect patch 1.1 to roll in.

Scheduled maintenance times for Diablo 4

Diablo 4 is undergoing maintenance today between 10am and 1pm PDT. Once the patch is complete, players will get access to patch 1.1.

Diablo 4 Director of Global Community Development Adam Fletcher confirmed this via Twitter in response to a fan’s request for more information on when they can expect patch notes.

It was also confirmed on Blizzard’s Breaking News page, which talks about the planned patch this week.

Diablo 4 Patch 1.1 Release Notes

Diablo 4 patch 1.1 notes will be revealed after 10 AM PDT/1PM EDT/6PM BST. This will happen shortly after patch 1.1 goes live.

This is not unusual for Diablo 4, as previously posted notes are also available on release day. For example, the most recent patch, 1.0.4, got its patch notes on the day it went live.

You can view all Diablo 4 patch notes on Blizzard’s website, including 1.1, as they are released.

However, it’s interesting to note that Fletcher, responding to a fan on Twitter, said they plan to “wait until they’re local” before releasing them to the public. That way, all players can access them at the same time.

The patch notes for Diablo 4 patch 1.1 are apparently 6,600 words long, Fletcher said. This means that Diablo 4 has spent a lot of time bringing them out to the international audience.

As a result, patch notes may be released a little later than 10 AM PDT, depending on how quickly the translation is done.
