Braunwyn Windham-Burke and girlfriend Jennifer Spinner are officially engaged.
“I’ve never been happier,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum told PEOPLE on Saturday, confirming her engagement news just over a year after they started dating Spinner.
“Jane is my man. Once, ‘How much do you love me?’ She said to me. And I looked at her and said, ‘It’s not about how much I love you. How little I love you. I love you on a molecular level.’
She continued, “And that’s it. My DNA was made for her. I’m so excited to be able to say ‘she’s my fiancee’ now – just as I know, maybe one day I’ll be able to say ‘she’s my wife’.
Brownwyn — whose divorce from Sean Burke is not yet finalized — popped the question in New York City’s 14th Street Park on the couple’s first date in the city.
The reality star officially filed for divorce from Sean in October 2022 after 23 years of marriage.
The former couple share seven children: Bella, 22, Rowan, 20, Jacob, 17, 9-year-old twins Caden and Curren, Koa, 7, and Hazel, 4.
“One of the reasons I’m filing now is because I’m getting a divorce right now. We’re about 80 days away from filing,” she explained to PEOPLE.
The former reality star said the two “exchanged engagement rings” and had an unofficial Vegas wedding because Brownwyn’s divorce “seemed meaningless” to them and they “wanted to plan goals.” [their] relationship”

In March, Brownwyn told Page 6 in an exclusive sit-down interview that the reason she moved to file for divorce was because Sean had emptied their joint bank account.
“That’s why I filed for divorce. “There’s not much to look forward to when you’re still legally married,” she told us.
“So, Sean, we emptied our joint bank accounts without my knowledge,” she said.
“Literally, one day I woke up and couldn’t find my cards or money. And that is why I filed for divorce.
However, Brownwyn, who got sober in 2020 – after meeting Spinner – told PEOPLE that her life today is “what she’s wanted for a long time”.
“I was always looking for something – whether it was a drink or a party or a TV show or fame – and I couldn’t get it. It is clear that it is not one person who creates peace in you. It’s a lot of things coming together in your life at the same time.
But I can honestly say, Jane started the ball rolling on all of this. And I don’t hold anything anymore,” she shared.
“I finally got it.”
